Brett's team members include licensed assistants Debora Nichols, Keith Geissenberger, & Roland Cleveland, with transaction coordinator Lise Barry and office manager Dawn Bartell.

Some people mistakenly assume that Brett Barry and his team only work in the Tatum Ranch community, but the reality is they work the entire valley from Chandler in the South to Anthem in the North and most everything in between. Debora Nichols is one of the hardest working Realtors you will ever encounter, and also one of the most caring. In 2004 Deb earned her Real Estate license, and she has demonstrated an amazing attention to all the little details in a transaction. Deb is a strong believer in continuing education, and holds a GRI designation and recently completed her Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), placing her among the top agents in the valley. She is a rock solid negotiator to have on your side when it comes to buying or selling a home. In September of 2007 Debora was invited to attend the Realty Executives "Summit," a gathering of 50 agents ranked in the top 10% of the entire company nationally.  Debora also received an award as "Top Team Member" for 2007 for selling the highest number of homes on Brett's Team. Deb also specializes in corporate buyer relocation, and has worked with many of the top companies in the valley. She spent the first 18 years of her career working with animals, caring for and finding homes for homeless pets. She is also an avid Harley rider with her husband Kevin.

Keith Geissenberger is the consumate "people person" who uses his engaging personality to serve our Real Estate clients in a first class manner. Keith joined Brett's team officially in early 2007, and immediately got to work selling many of the areas finest homes. Keith offers a wealth of knowledge about the financial markets from his previous careers, and he uses that know-how to help customers navigate and negotiate from a position of strength. He is very strong when it comes to follow-up and taking care of the details until a home has successfully closed escrow. Keith was also trained as a professional chef at the Scottsdale Culinary institute, and whenever we throw an office party or cookout, guess who we ask to do the cooking? Keith is also an avid golfer, scuba diver (dive master), and he owns two large dogs who he spoils beyond belief.

Roland Cleveland is one of the finest people you'll ever meet.Roland has been a full time Realtor for nearly four years, and his positive and upbeat attitude make the entire buying and selling process a stress free experience. Roland has a very colorful background (literally), and once owned a hot air balloon company in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Roland teaches classes monthly at Realty Executives, and his follow-up and customer service make him an invaluable member of the team. Roland's wife Laura is also a big part of Rolands life (and success), and our customers are always impressed with how "easy" the transaction went when Roland is at the helm.

It takes an outstanding group behind the scenes to keep a transaction moving smoothly, and Dawn Bartell and Brett's wife Lise Barry work very hard to make sure that our clients receive constant feedback on home showings and the status of their sale or purchase. Lise has worked with her husband Brett for the past 16 years, and she helps keep our transactions "on track" once they go into escrow.
